●        Once cast, you may not make any changes to your appearance without consent from the director.  This includes cutting your hair, dying your hair and/or piercings.

●        Join the Facebook group page and check it each day for notifications. This is our main way to communicate - we need you to check the page frequently.

●        Turn in forms and orders on time please.  There will be a post about when they are due on the Facebook group page.

●        Please keep in mind that the success of the show is directly relatable to everyone promoting the show and helping get the word out…We NEED your help to get people in the seats.

●        If you have questions or concerns about the show and would like to speak to someone besides the director, please contact the Vice President - Andrea Framstad at 509-994-8671 or the President Kyle Smock 509-481-8536.

Rehearsal and Performance Expectations:

●        During rehearsals and performances, please avoid unnecessary noise, distractions and side conversations.

●        The use of electronic devices (including cell phones) will be at the discretion of the director.

●        Bring something to do with you. There is a lot of “down time” in theater.  Please have something quiet to do with you at all times.

●        Stay in designated areas.  Cast is not permitted upstairs in the Costume Room, in the Prop Storage Area, or in the office unless accompanied by a Crew Member. Cast is not permitted backstage or in the Green Room until dress rehearsals begin or as director by the production team.

●        Attend all rehearsals and performances unless you are ill or it is on your conflict sheet from your audition form – Your attendance makes a difference for the entire cast.  Please respect their time as well!

●        The week before opening, you must be at every rehearsal.  There can be no conflicts for this week.

●        Be on time!  If you will be late, contact your director or stage manager immediately and please do not make it a habit.

●        Have respect for costumes, props, scripts and the theater.  Follow directions regarding costumes and props that your director gives you.

●        You may only write in scripts with pencil. All pencil marks must be erased and scripts returned in good condition at the conclusion of the show.

●        Turn in all forms by their due dates.

●        Most of all have fun!

  • Parents - please make sure you pick up your child on time. Rehearsal will end when stated, and our directors and stage managers cannot leave until everyone is picked up. Please be respectful of their time.

Consequences:

●        Director/Stage Manager in charge will talk to cast/crew member about his/her behavior.

●        The Director and TAC President have the authority to remove cast/crew member as they see necessary.

●        If necessary, the Board of Directors will step in should a problem arise that needs further attention.                 The Board is ultimately responsible for the safety and well-being of the cast/crew.
